Fritz has a contract with a real estate developer to build a 4 storey, 24 unit residential condo building in Southampton, primarily out of Precast.
Using over 30 years of hands on knowledge, we are supplying and installing structural precast panels and cladding, speeding up the building process from start to finish by several months.
The use of brick on the surface is just one of many ways we can enhance the exterior finish, reducing labour and time in an economical system of building.
