Fritz is about to sign a contract to build the first phase of a four phase, $3 million commercial project that will take approximately two years to complete
Several smaller projects already completed, underway, or soon to be started, include: a small addition to a rendering plant, a 5,000 square foot addition to a boat dealer’s sales and repair operation. We are also pricing a 40 room hotel and club house made out of precast for a golf course in Ontario.
